LAUREL CANYON – A folk, rock, blues dinner event

In the late 1960s and early 1970s, folk, country, blues, pop and rock musicians flocked to LA’s Laurel Canyon. Rockstars had found their Shangri-La; an idyllic world where a group of disparate friends grew together to become the best known artists of the 20th century.
Joni Mitchell, Linda Ronstadt, The Byrds, John Mayall, the Doors, and Crosby, Stills & Nash, lived within walking distance of each other and would routinely hang out jamming together into the wee hours.
The most famous jams happened in Mama Cass’s backyard, where the music flowed and the grill was ablaze with the best barbecue California had to offer.
Join PS UNDERGROUND and THE GAND BAND as we celebrate the culture, creativity, and music of the Laurel Canyon rockstar scene. Like the California sound many of them made famous, it will be a mellow affair.
This event includes a secret 4 course meal, free-flowing beer, wine and specialty cocktails. The chef will gladly accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice.
DUE TO THE COMMUNAL NATURE OF OUR EVENTS ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE VERIFIABLE PROOF PRIOR TO VENUE ENTRY. NEGATIVE COVID TESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO ENTER THE VENUE AT THIS TIME.
