Summer Seafood: All About Shrimp
Chef Rhonda Kite will take participants through the process of assembling the following menu: Classic Shrimp Tempura; Grilled Harrissa Shrimp with Mediteranean Arugula Salad; Chilled Prawn & Avocado Toast with Lemon Aioli & Chive Oil; Ravioli with Shrimp Piccata; Creamy Chipotle Shrimp Rissoto. While the chef will do most of the preparation, students will be invited up at intervals to help. Class will run about two hours. Register online.
