1st Annual Walk for Mental Health

This is the 1^st Annual Walk for Mental Health. It will be at the Veterans Park in Coachella from 9a-12p.

The goal of the event is to create awareness for Mental Health Resources in the Coachella Valley especially the East Valley that often gets overlooked (large immigrant farmworker community and 1st generation Latino). Government officials will be in attendance including Congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz, County Supervisor Manuel V. Perez, Mayor Steven Hernandez, and others.

There will be over 30 providers with booths in attendance in addition to free food and prizing for children.
