Our Kennels Are Full—But Your Heart Might Have Just Enough Room
Right now, at the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, every kennel is full of large dogs longing for a second chance. Until some of our current residents find loving homes, we’re unable to welcome in more animals who need our help. That’s why we’re asking our amazing community to step in and make a difference.

This special event is proudly hosted by the Palm Springs Animal Shelter in partnership with the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce, and it’s all about giving our big-hearted, big-bodied pups the forever homes they deserve.
What’s Included With Each Adoption:
- No adoption fees for large dogs!
- One full year of free vaccinations
- Six months of free dog food, courtesy of Lucy Pet Food
Our experienced team will be on-site to help you meet the dogs, answer questions, and guide you in finding the perfect match for your family and lifestyle. Whether you’re ready to adopt your new best friend or just thinking about it, we’d love to see you there. Even if you can’t adopt right now, you can still help!
