Bold Abstractions – contemporary acrylic paintings

Beginning Saturday, June 1st, 2024 abstract expressionist artist Roberto Amaral will be presenting a limited engagement exhibit, ‘Bold Abstractions’ at The Carter George Studio in the Perez Art District of Cathedral City. The summer residency will run until early September and feature acrylic paintings and giclée prints.

‘Bold Abstractions’ will showcase Amaral’s full range of art from rich, bold colors to spare, minimalist black and white abstracts.  He has had showings around the Palm Springs area at galleries such as The Stephen Baumbach Gallery, The Wade Sisko Gallery, The Desert Art Woman Gallery, and an exhibit at the Rancho Mirage Public Library.  He has also opened his home studio and gallery as part of Desert Open Studios for the past 2 years.
