Celebrate Permanent Lighting of Palm Springs Visitor Center

The Palm Springs Modern Committee invites the public to celebrate the permanent lighting of Albert Frey’s modern sculptural masterpiece, the Palm Springs Visitor Center, at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 16 to help kick-off Modernism Week.
Thanks to a combination of Measure J funds and PS ModCom contributions secured in 2022, the light will shine on this historic building going forward since Modernism Week first lit it in 2012.
Join Palm Springs Mayor Grace Garner, the Palm Springs Modern Committee Board of Directors and Modernism Week’s Board of Directors Chairman, William Kopelk, for the official lighting ceremony.
