FlightPath Labs takes place every first Friday of the month at Joshua Tree Retreat Center’s Noble Hall

This is a very unusual kind of mindfulness class; we call it a laboratory because each class contains a variety of experiences + experiments designed to gather information about ourselves and our life path. We explore using different methods like journaling, meditation, somatic movement, theater exercises, children’s games, constellation work, etc – with the intention of accessing wisdom deep inside to gain clarity. There’s a lot of shadow work involved and there’s a lot of super fun playtime involved as well. Again, please register in advance! RSVP to FlightPathLabs@gmail.com. Bring plenty of water.
