Grand opening of Bar Chingona set for April 6th in Palm Springs

The grand opening of Bar Chingona is set for Thursday, April 6^th from 5:30pm – 9pm.  The newest addition to the Flannery Exchange is located at 750 N. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs.

The grand opening will feature live music by Las Tias from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, as well as tastings from Mezcal Armás, showcasing the unique flavors of the region.

Bar Chingona, which means “a badass woman,” is a modern, midcentury airstream restaurant.  The menu offers the perfect blend of Latin cuisine with dishes like Short Rib Pozole, Yuzu Kosho Shrimp Aguachile and Tinga Chicken Tostada.  The menu also features an extensive list of craft cocktails and spirits, as well as 10 different Mezcal’s and 16 Tequila’s.
