Jazzville 6th Anniversary: Marty Lush salutes Herb Alpert’s Tijuana Brass

Celebrate the 6th Anniversary of Jazzville!

Our anniversary shows are kinda legendary and this year’s program is one we’ve wanted to do for a while. Many bands were approached to take on a tribute show to Herb Alpert’s Tijuana Brass, but only Marty Lush & his Latin Livers had the brass to say yes!

I (Barry) have worked with Marty Lush on various music-related projects, and I’ve seen the Latin Livers in action. I know where we’re going with this so trust me when I say, don’t just read about it the next day, grab your seats and be here already.

Marty Lush (Mark Riddle) is a stellar vibraphonist and marimba player who had his own, popular salsa band for a decade in San Diego. His musical lifework is astonishing; recording artist, podcaster, performer, arranger, DJ, show host and now… his whipped cream salute to Herb Alpert’s Tijuana Brass for Jazzville’s 6th Anniversary Spectacular!

Jazzville at the Cascade Lounge is in a plush, NON-SMOKING clubroom with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, clear sightlines, and a quiet listening audience.

Things to know before you go:

• Must be 21 or over.

• Doors open at 6pm with a 7pm showtime.

• Drinks served throughout the show.

• No refunds except for COVID-related shutdown.

• Free covered parking in attached garage.

We cannot take cash at the door (casino policy). We can accept credit cards at the door if seats are available.

Our shows can sell out, so pick your seats today! If you ignore the seating chart, then the best available seats will be assigned to you.

No one under 21 admitted. Tickets are non-refundable. Line-up subject to change without notice.

The Cascade Lounge is a non-smoking environment.

Food is not served in the Cascade Lounge but can be brought in from any of the casino restaurants. We do have a full bar with no drink minimums.
