JW Marriott Desert Springs Debuts Cocktail & Culinary Series for the Summer

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa – Palm Desert’s largest resort – is offering a Cocktails & Culinary series through the end of August. The brainchild of the property’s Executive Chef Eric Theiss, the culinary workshop series, which kicks off on July 14, is open to locals and guests alike and will take place on Fridays & Saturdays throughout the summer at the hotel’s renowned T&T Innovation Kitchen. Each event has a different theme and will feature a plethora of chefs and mixologists from the hotel.
The workshops include: Coachella’s Indigenous Foods (July 14 & 15), Hors D’oeuvres & Aperitifs (July 21 & 22), Cake Design + Dessert Wines (July 27 & 28), Southern-inspired fare + whiskey (August 4 & 5), and Contemporary Cuisine (Aug 25 & 26). The 45-minute events can hold 25 people at $70 per person and will also include giveaways and recipe cards.
