Living Healthy Expo 2025

The Living Healthy Expo is the premier health and wellness resource in the Coachella Valley. Through a partnership with Desert Oasis Health Care and The Gulf California Broadcast Company’s group of stations, The Living Healthy Expo unites business and community partners to educate and serve as a health resource.

Attendees will have the opportunity to become involved in a variety of wellness activities, interactive experiences, and entertainment throughout the event. Activities will include:

• Complimentary health screenings;
• Family-friendly wellness workshops;
• Interactive exhibits;
• Healthy Cooking demonstrations;
• A dedicated kids’ zone with activities designed for families;
• Product samplings and giveaways;
• Community Risk Reduction activities and CPR training;

Attendees will be treated to a presentation by former Olympian and Fitness expert Laticia “Action Jackson”. An author of multiple top selling books, Ms. Jackson will provide the audience with the steps needed to become their own health and wellness advocate at any age.

In addition, attendees can watch and meet the Food Network “Chopped” champion Chef Antonello Zito as he shares his Living Healthy recipes with News Channel Three’s Patrick Evans.

Throughout the event, attendees will have the chance to win prizes including a Kodiak Cold (or Hot) Plunge Therapy Tub valued at $6000.
