Baja-inspired restaurant at Drift Palm Springs, Maleza, presents the third session of their mezcal dinner series in partnership with Convite Mezcal on Wednesday, August 30 at 6 p.m. featuring a three-course menu of elevated Baja-inspired dishes crafted by Chef Ysaac Ramirez paired with four artisanal Convite varietals. The evening will additionally include tunes by Coachella Valley-based duo Las Tias and live fire dancers.
