About Palm Springs Somatics:
Palm Springs Somatics is a trauma-informed somatic coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals feel grounded, build resilience, and lead with greater ease through body-based nervous system work. Designed for high-achievers and mission-driven professionals, the practice offers a supportive, holistic approach to healing that goes beyond traditional talk-based methods.
Palm Springs Somatics is led by Felina Danalis, M.A., S.E.P., an experienced somatic practitioner with over a decade of global coaching experience. Felina’s work bridges personal healing and systemic change, drawing on her background as a diplomat for the European Union, global experience and her work with organizations including universities, healthcare institutions, nonprofits, and global organizations.
