STROBEL Gallery presents Andi Kovel New Work: Direct from the Hotshop

Strobel Gallery presents a new exhibition by Andi Kovel in the Perez Art District, marking the launch of a teaching artist initiative connecting San Bernardino Valley College’s advanced glass facility with artists from the Studio Glass movement, with assistance from Cedric Mitchell during the initial demonstration. Work from the first live demonstration will be on view, with an artist preview April 17 and a reception during the Perez Art District 4th Friday Art Walk. Kovel’s practice moves between saturated color and a “punk luxe” sensibility—grounded in Swedish glass training, but driven by intuition and form.
