Join us for an encore performance of an immersive multimedia live concert celebrating the music of the Beatles, as played in the unique style of the award-winning Gand Band.
You’ll hear your favorite Beatles songs reinterpreted featuring vocalists Dion Khan, Siobhan Velarde, and Tod Macofsky, plus special appearances by Alan Kraemer and Claudia Ried.
The large flat screens will provide an immersive backdrop of Beatles era images and graphics in original videos created by Alan Kraemer. You’ll be amazed at how much the Beatles were influenced by American blues, rock and soul; and vice versa!
Winner of the CV Independent’s Best Local Band for three years running, this dynamic husband and wife team bring their Chicago sound to the desert.
Veteran bluesman Gary Gand handles the six strings, driving the band, channeling a bit of Freddie King, Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck rolled into one. Keyboardist Joan Gand grooves on classic Hammond B-3 style organ and blues piano with inspiration from Booker T, Ray Charles, and Otis Spann, all while her left hand is laying down the bass.
Throughout this series of 3 concerts, special guests will join the Gand Band including top notch performers from both Chicago and San Diego.
The Gand Band appears in the new film,”My Name is Lopez” – a documentary about 60s celebrity vocalist/actor Trini Lopez. Trini was a frequent guest performer until his death in 2020.

Food is not served in the Cascade Lounge but can be brought in from any of the casino restaurants. We do have a full bar with no drink minimums.
