The Groove Empire Orchestra: Vintage Soul Concert

The Groove Empire Orchestra is a soul band based in Los Angeles that is dedicated to providing high quality music with an emphasis on top notch musicianship. Formed by bassist Lakshmi Ramirez, the band consists of some of the most talented musicians in the industry.

Jimmy Ford brings his dynamic energy and precision to the drums, while Ben “Big Time” Thomas shreds on guitar with soulful riffs and impeccable technique. Kyle O’Donnell’s tenor saxophone adds a honkin’ and soulful touch to the band’s sound, while Rigo Velez’s trumpet brings a powerful and melodic element. Alex Hernandez’s baritone saxophone provides a deep and rich texture to the band’s sound, while Mark Brown’s keys add a funky groove.

To complete the lineup, the band has enlisted the vocal stylings of Jesse Wagner from the band Aggrolites, who brings his unique blend of soulful and funk influences to the mix. And co-fronting the band is the sensational Texas born singer, Kierra Brie, whose powerhouse vocals and magnetic stage presence captivate audiences wherever she performs.
