WhistlePig Whiskey Dinner at 4 Saints

4 Saints presents a night of culinary delights prepared by Executive Chef Richard Crespin including whiskey-infused dishes, pairings by WhistlePig, and spectacular mountain and Coachella Valley views.
Whiskey pairings include WhistlePig PiggyBack Maple Old Fashioned, 10 Year Small Batch Rye, Limited Edition CampStock Wheat Whiskey, 15 Year Rye Whiskey, and Old World Rye Aged 12 Years.
Menu Highlights:
- Cocktail Reception: Crispy Sea Trout Sushi with chipotle emulsion; Lobster Tartine with Yuzu butter; Burrata with butternut squash, honey and sage; and Eggplant with garlic tahini, pine nut and Ras Al Hanout
- Starter: Corn Agnolotti with Dungeness crab, black truffle, hazelnut butter and parmesan cheese
- Third Course: Wagyu Ribeye with smoked blue cheese, grilled rapini and WhistlePig whiskey reduction steak sauce
- Entrée: Lamb Tomahawk with barley risotto, charred squash and molasses braise reduction
- Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding with WhistlePig PiggyBack Rye caramel sauce, chocolate and popcorn
