World Desert Day

Celebrate the deserts of the world – along with all the flora and fauna that call them home – at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens on January 10, 2026 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Guests can learn about desert plants and animals through special guided tours and animal connections. This event also features desert-themed cocktails, specialty food items, and a desert plant sale!
