DESCRIPTION:Heather James Fine Art is proudly celebrating thirty years in business with La Belle Époque to the Gilded Age: European Impressionism’s Influence on American Art\, an exhibition celebrating the elegance\, creativity\, and cultural vibrancy of late-19th and early-20th century France. \nNow on view at the gallery located on Portola in Palm Desert\, the exhibition brings together a selection of exceptional works that capture the spirit of one of the most celebrated artistic periods in European history. \n The Belle Époque\, or “Beautiful Era\,” refers to the period in France between approximately 1871 and the outbreak of World War I—a time defined by artistic innovation\, flourishing culture\, and an atmosphere of optimism. Artists working during this era produced some of the most recognizable and influential works in the history of modern art\, depicting scenes of Parisian life\, landscapes\, and the evolving modern world. DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of performances and a featured FOOD VENDOR!\nCalling all musicians\, poets\, comedians\, songwriters\, storytellers\, and artists alike! Old Town Artisan Studios is hosting a monthly Open Mic Night with stage\, PA\, and host. Come and share with us every third Monday of the month from 6 to 8 pm in our beautiful outdoor courtyard. Practice your skills\, gain confidence by performing in front of others in a supportive environment\, and connect with and learn from other artists. To amplify the experience\, we are bringing food trucks to Open Mic in the large parking lot at the main entrance of OTAS.  Limited seating and tables will be available within the lower patio and courtyard.
