Sponsored by Convergence Healing\, the event will take place at Sottovoce Café and Wine Bar at The Gardens on El Paseo on April 4\, 2026\, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. \nOrganized by Convergence Healing and entirely by volunteers\, 100 percent of proceeds go directly to the Coachella Valley Cat Club to support its efforts for feline welfare\, including rescuing strays and abandoned cats\, kitten litters born without a home\, and caring for community ferals. The nonprofit provides rescued cats shelter\, spay and neuter procedures\, vaccinations\, and essential supplies for the cats.  \nThe Pawraiser will feature an engaging lineup of intuitive healer practitioners\, including psychics\, tarot and oracle card readers\, mediums\, channels\, and animal communicators. DESCRIPTION:**NOTE: This event may be canceled should the day be deemed too hot** \nEl Paseo Shopping District will once again welcome the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales on Wednesday\, April 22\, continuing a beloved tradition that has brought the iconic hitch to the avenue for years.  \nA symbol of heritage\, craftsmanship and American tradition\, the Budweiser Clydesdales have been captivating audiences for generations. Each horse stands approximately six feet tall at the shoulder (18 hands)\, weighs close to a ton\, and is carefully selected for its strength\, temperament\, and signature bay coloring with white markings. The eight-horse hitch\, polished brass harnesses\, and classic red beer wagon create one of the most recognizable spectacles in the world. \nThe Clydesdales will be unloaded and hitched at approximately 2:00 p.m. on the frontage road parallel to Highway 74\, behind The Daily Grill. Once this step is complete\, the team will begin their route eastbound along El Paseo\, making special stops at select restaurants ahead of their appearance at the sold-out Music Festival (typically from 3 to 4 pm). Accompanying the hitch is the traditional Dalmatian “coach dog\,” a historic nod to the breed’s role in guarding horse-drawn wagons. \nThis family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to view the procession along the route or enjoy the experience from one of El Paseo’s many restaurant patios.  \nSpanning eight blocks and more than a mile\, El Paseo is home to more than 230 shops\, restaurants\, and businesses\, offering a vibrant mix of luxury retail\, local boutiques\, art galleries\, and diverse dining—from casual fare to world-class cuisine. \nFor more information about El Paseo Shopping District and upcoming events\, please visit www.ShopElPaseo.com. \nDid You Know?\n\nThe Budweiser Clydesdales have been an American icon since 1933\, originally introduced to celebrate the repeal of Prohibition.\nEach horse weighs approximately 1\,800–2\,300 pounds and consumes up to 25 quarts of feed and 30 gallons of water per day.\nA full hitch includes eight horses\, but a traveling team typically brings several alternates—along with a crew that helps care for and transport them across the country.\nThe horses travel in custom-built tractor-trailers equipped with air-cushioned suspension for a smooth ride.\nThe Dalmatian “coach dog” tradition dates back to the 1800s\, when the breed was used to guard horse-drawn wagons and keep the horses calm.\n\n
