DESCRIPTION:A beautiful day of connection and intention in the Palm Springs area filled with breathwork\, sound healing\, and meditation.\n\n\nSo many people are re-evaluating and questioning their purpose. The shift in the world\, and all of the recent changes\, have caused us to really dig deep to figure out what makes us happy. \n \nWe are realizing how precious life is and our deep desire to make the best of it. Feeling inspired\, enthused\, creative\, and joyful aren’t just philosophies…they are experiences available to us once we get out of our own way\, clear the path\, and reconnect with who we truly are. \n \nJoin Jay & Bella for a full day of healing\, releasing\, and re-balancing as they guide you through powerful and life-changing exercises and modalities including breathwork\, sound healing\, journaling\, restorative yoga\, and guided hypnosis. \n \nWhere do we want to live\, how do we use our gifts to help others\, what brings us the most fulfillment\, and how do we want to spend our lives? These are just some of the deeper questions we will reflect on during our retreat. \n \nThe day will include a healthy lunch\, snacks\, and connection with other heart-centered people. \n \nYou’ll leave with a gift of an intention bracelet that will be your daily reminder of your deeper vision\, and a symbol of what’s possible for you in your life! \n \nOverview of the day: \n\nOpening circle\nRestorative yoga\nBreathwork & journaling \nLunch \nGuided meditation \nSound bath \nVision setting hypnosis\nMantra bracelet making \nClosing circle \n\nRetreat fee includes all activities\, lunch and healthy snacks throughout the day.
