DAOU Wine Dinner at 4 Saints

Join us for an exquisite culinary and wine experience at the rooftop 4 Saints restaurant, featuring a special five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Richard Crespin, expertly paired with DAOU wines. The menu includes:
- Melon Gazpacho with watermelon, cantaloupe, and Greek yogurt
- Ube Gnocchi with rock shrimp, pearl onions, and mandarin tomato concassé
- Coriander Crusted Ahi Tuna with chilled green tea soba noodles, farmer’s market baby bok choy, and shiitake mushrooms
- Charred Duck Breast with cherries cooked in wine, glazed baby turnips, and lemon verbena
- Sliced Filet of Beef with triple blanched garlic mashed potatoes and zucchini blossom
- Miso Honey Cake with miso pastry cream and honeycomb
